Game locks up before press A to continue.

I need some advice please. I have not played Apex since Sunday night, just been way too busy with work. The game did update Tues. I got off work today at noon and tried to play when I got home. It gets to the splash screen and it just locks up. The "swirly" bar in the middle is frozen and it never gets to the Press A option.

I have tried the following,

-I checked for updates

-Cleared alternate MAC address

-Powered off the console by holding power button for 10sec

-Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

-Did a system reset

-The problem is on my Series X, loaded game on my old Forza Xbox and it works fine so problem has to be with the series X.

Any advice and help is greatly appreciated.
