Game or server connection

I am experiencing repeated server disconnections in Ranked mode causing loss of RP and penalties. Repeated server errors in Ranked cost me 100 PC and a 10-minute penalty. Please investigate these unfair penalties.

The 10-minute penalty isn't a huge deal, but the 100 RP is—especially since I lost the previous match because the game wouldn't let me reconnect (costing me 49 RP), and then after another match, you took away another 100 PC plus a 10-minute penalty. It’s really frustrating, considering I have a fiber connection with zero issues and this only happens in Apex.
