Got unbanned but now constant UCMD Delay and lag issues
On October 16, while playing Ranked with friends, I suddenly received a message saying that my client had been banned.
I want to clarify that I have never used any illegal software or cheats — in fact, I was even losing RP during that session.
Two days later, I found out that my account was unbanned without any notice, and I could log in again.
However, ever since then, I’ve been constantly experiencing the following in almost every match:
- UCMD Delay
- Starvation
- Lag Compensation Error
- Prediction Error
Before the mistaken ban, none of these issues ever occurred — my connection and gameplay were completely normal.
I already contacted EA Support once, and they told me that I need to wait for their technical team to investigate the issue.
Still, I wanted to post here to see if anyone else has experienced something similar, or if any staff could take a look into this.
This issue makes the game nearly unplayable, and it only started right after my account was wrongly banned and then restored.
