Haven't been able to join a server in over a year

My Apex account has been unable to join any server for over a year.

The issue follows my EA accounts across Steam, Xbox, and playstation

Brand new EA accounts work normally on the same network and hardware.

My account loads progression, inventory, and the store correctly, but matchmaking and the Firing Range never start.

The queue remains permanently at my party size.

Anyone who joins my party and we queue is stuck at whatever my party size is (Example - 3 in queue)

The issue began immediately after a temporary sanction expired (I also didn't actually do anything)
