Heirloom Refund

I accidentally unlocked the Caustic heirloom on my account. I thought I was just previewing it in the menu, but the shards were spent and it went through as a permanent unlock. I was actually saving my shards for a different heirloom, so this was not something I intended to do. Since heirloom shards are very rare and take a lot of time to earn, I wanted to ask if it would be possible to have the Caustic heirloom removed from my account and the shards refunded. I completely understand if this isn’t usually done, but I figured it was worth reaching out in case there’s a way to fix the mistake.
