Hey there,
Please be sure you're logging into the correct EA account. Usually when progress seems to go missing, it's due either to logging into the wrong account, or to unlinking or linking a platform to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was unlinked incorrectly or you no longer have access to the correct account, it may be worth contacting support so they can take a look at the situation with you.
