Hey @thexcruella we would ask that your DxDiag be in English, based on what I can see there are a number of errors there so the best thing to do is go ahead and run System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-o...
I would also recommend trying the game on a new Windows admin account to see if you have the same issue.
Let us know how you get on.

@EA_Darkohere's what I've tried so far:
-clean boot
-updating drivers
-running apex steam and origin on admin mode
-setting high performance for apex on graphic settings
-deleting the game and re-installing to try it out on different platforms: steam, origin
-using start-up configs
-repairing game files,re-defining game files
-cleaning caches and repairing corrupted system files
-updating windows
-changing every possible video settings in the game avaliable
NONE of this has worked and your support team literally told me that there's no fix for this. Please help if you can, there's the report in english.

Hey @thexcruella your DxDiag is showing a number of errors, I'd suggest trying the system file checker to see if it can fix any of them.
