High ping/loss only on Apex Legends

I’m a PS5 player been playing since season 7. Had this issue on and off but now it’s 100% of games. Ping jumps between 20-200 and back and forth over and over. Obviously makes fighting and playing near impossible. Game feels so unresponsive. Every other game I’ve ever played, my ping has been consistently steady 20s. Just Apex.

Server: London (I’m in Ireland. Tried Belgium which seems to be a minute improvement but the minute I jump or an enemy appears, the game dies)

Occurrence: 80-100% of games in ANY playlist. Mixtape is just as bad.
