how long does it take for ea to say if you are permbanned or just banned

So recently i got banned in apex which then Ea went for an ban instead of suspension which makes no sense  i got news back from ea about that the sanction wont be removed but it was an different ...

@ItzWilliamDK have you tried the live chat option when starting a case?

Edit: not for bans sorry

i have tried to look for the live chat but could never find it searched on it too it just sendt me to do an dispute again which anyway gets removed

    @ItzWilliamDK live chat comes up as an option when you start a case.

    Edit : not for bans sorry
