Tkfame619 If your EA Account has 2FA enabled, try signing in using your PlayStation Account as the login method:

After you sign into your EA Account, scroll down a bit on the main page until you see your email address, and then click on "edit":

From here, you would need to verify that you have access to your account's email. However, since you don't have access to your email, you can use the 2FA method if it was enabled on your EA Account prior to losing access to your email address:
