My account was falsely banned last year, and it still hasn’t been resolved—but that’s not even the main issue. I can’t believe that, in order to stop me from appealing, they actually blocked my account! When I try to appeal, the site only shows “case creation failed,” and even when I contact support, they only give me a fake case. This problem started six months ago, but they couldn’t care less. Is this really “a game only for streamers and pro players”? They have every privilege—they just post on Twitter and the problem gets solved—while regular players have to put up with unfair treatment?!
I have over a thousand hours in Apex, I own three heirlooms, and because I’m a high-sensitivity player, I’m pretty bad at the game: K/D below 1, average rank only Gold.
So if anyone can get in touch with EA management, please help me. I just want to be able to appeal normally. I’d be extremely grateful!
I just want to file an appeal and hope someone can tell me how to resolve the issue of my account being blocked. Thanks!
