Huge FPS drop in fights

I have really big fps drops in fights, especially on E-District. My fps is usually around 160-140, but in fights it drops to 90-70. My game is running in 1080p and on the lowest settings possible.  (Apex is installed on an SSD)

Yes, my laptop does meet the minimum requirements:

GPU: RTX 3050M

CPU: i5-11400H

RAM: 16GB, DDR4
