I’m only getting 12 points for Apex Arenas Ranked

@EA_Atic this system is not working as intended. I'm hard stuck silver because each win I'm getting anywhere between 14-21 AP but losing upwards of 26 per loss. I've never ranked out of gold in BR Ranked & didn't bother with Arena because despite winning 8 of 10 qualifiers would be bronze IV.  I can play with low skill players and they are gaining nearly 4x the AP per match that I'm getting and I'm doing more damage. I'm getting pitted against Master level players so I would imagine much higher than my own skill level so I should be gaining more RP when pitted against a higher level opponent, but no .. I'm still getting 14-16 per win.  Playing with a teammate that doesn't do half the performance for wins to be able to breeze past me in tiers because they're getting 50 AP to my 16 is absurd.  There is zero recognition for performance in Arena (there should be) and your reward system is broken AF.  In addition, you keep tossing random Plat players into my lobby while solo queuing but won't let me actually squad up with them. How is this fair? How is it that if I'm being put in with Plat/Master level ranked randoms and playing on THIER level in THEIR lobbies but yet only getting 16 AP per win .. this is fair?  

From my understanding you give less AP for wins against opponents that are at or below your skill level.

I'm getting pitted up against Plat/Master, even Pred level players on enemy team but still only gaining 20 or less AP per win. 

Please be concise on your design for ranked arena in how you are determining AP rewards. This is something we all have a right to know. You hide our MMR so we can't even tell if your system is working unfairly or is broken. You cannot sit back and claim it's working as intended when I have won 8 of 10 Qualfiers and get put in Bronze IV with 1 AP but I play qualifiers with a low skill friend who does the same and gets Silver II when I'm playing with him in HIS lobbies even tho his k/d is less than half mine. 

What are you factoring?  It's a competitive game mode that is broken and there is absolutely NOTHING out there that is providing any significant detail on how you have designed the mode to work. We deserve to know.  

If the low AP reward wasn't enough, the higher AP LOSS is a slap in the face. Believe me, I feel your pain and sincerely hope they figure this out. There is absolutely no way a player should be gaining nearly 4x the AP reward for doing next to nothing in the match (0/2/0 400 dmg = +56 AP) but the 7/8/12 2k+ dmg = +16 AP)  <--- solely for example   

There's literally no way. Me and my two buddies played the qualifying matches together, by the end of them I was put in bronze 4 and my friend who did the same as me got put in gold 3. He gets like 100+ points a match I get 20.... while I have the most kills, damage and revives. Please explain how it is working as intended?

Im here to say this is happening still season 14. I win +23 every Win. Buddies same rank get 102, 76, 57., Why is my Arenas ranked locked, Hard to tank up 23 at a * time. 

Im here to say the Raked Areana is * right now. Fo the last 20 Wins ive gotten between 13-19 points. Ive had games where iive had 2700 and 8 kill still to get a 19. You need to * listen to us we are not making this up. There is a god damn problem on the Ranked Arenass scene that is locking in extremely low point values> we wouldn't be here making a big deal if this wasn't true. i want some damn action form the EA Reaspwn people to recognize there is an issue.
