I’ve lost all my Progress and my account got reseted to Level 1

Unfortunately, it's not possible to merge the progress you've made on one account to another as progress is stored at the EA-account level. Swapping over to a different EA account will cause you to lose access to that progress.

In this case, you'll want to re-link your platform to its original EA account to try and restore any missing progress. Please note that if you re-link the original accounts and the progress is still missing, it would be lost permanently per the risks of unlinking and unfortunately cannot be recovered. If you're running into any trouble getting the original accounts re-linked, please contact EA support so they can take a look. 

Regarding that original account you mentioned being inaccessible, please try the steps on this page to recover that account as it would house all your progress. If those steps don't work, head to the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page to get in touch with our support team.
