I cant get into my EA account

To login to my account, it sends a verification code to a partially censored email I have never seen before, its definitely not mine and theres no option to change it. Is there any way to make it send it to my real email? Even if i were to try and just claim the email they mention, its partially censored so I cant. If anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated.
