I didn't get my heirloom shrads after my game crashed

I got an heirloom though luck, but after I got it my game crashed, and I loaded it back up but when I checked for my heirloom shrads it was not there, I try restarting the game it didn't work, I try restarting my Playstation 4 it still was not there, I am wondering what is going on and if there is a way to get back my heirloom strads I hadn't had this happen to me before, so I don't know what the problem is. The account I was playing on username is Nightmare_court, I would like help understanding what happened and what to do?
