I don’t have access to the Gmail on my apex account linked to my PlayStation

I wanted to play apex on my pc while using my PlayStation account only to realize that the EA account on my PlayStation I cannot access AT ALL.

i have access to my PlayStation account I can play apex on my PlayStation but I cannot change the email or password to the EA account on my PlayStation.

Hey sefjv,

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to an EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. Since some personal/account details will need to be confirmed, that's not something we're able to do here on the public boards.

Please create a new case here to get started with that process. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
