I got banned after "the client failed an anti-cheat runtime integrity check.....

I got banned after " the client failed an anti-cheat runtime integrity check: Connection timed out "



On July 31, while playing Apex, the game kicked me out of the game into the lobby. And it shows the message
"the client failed an anti-cheat runtime integrity check: Connection timed out"

It happens a few times until the last time it says I'm banned.

I sent a case to EA for help, but EA said I violated the user agreement, Says my account is involved in cheating. And still insists the same every time I send a case to unblock online features.

I'm not cheating, not even sure why I got banned. And I don't understand what's going on with anti-cheat, is it working wrong?


Why do I get my account I've been playing since season 8 banned?

  • It didn't happen to me to be banned at this point (yet), but this flag appears to me too. Most of the time it happens in the middle of a random game, it doesn't have a pattern to appear, just appears. I tried all possible ways that you can find on the internet and even EA Support. They just don't want to and won't solve this problem... Find peace and try other game while they don't fix.
