I just can't play anymore

Hello, so, the last time I've played was 1 year ago. Why ? Because I have a bug that justs stops me from doing anything

I have a child account, on a Switch 2 (The bug started on the first One) and 1 year ago, I launched the game like everyday, only to be welcomed by a text saying I have to connect an adult email adress to the account. Everything's normal for now, but when I try to put an email adress, it leads me to a blank page. I can't type nor do anything.

It's just horrible, and I hope there's some way to resolve that
