I link my steam account to EA account and my game progress is missed!

unq1e_chuck  When you signed into Apex on Steam for the first time, it should of had you link to an EA Account, (as an EA Account is required to play the game).

Whichever EA Account was used to play the game, is the EA Account you would need to have linked to and signed into on your Steam Account, as your Apex progress and data is stored on the EA Account itself, (not your Steam Account).

If you had played the game prior to Cross-Progression hitting your account, (which was rolled out on October 31st, 2023 through early 2024), and had been banned, the account that was banned would of been excluded from Cross-Progression.
