If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please be sure you've created an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you.

We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums. If those are the steps you followed for the initial ticket you've mentioned, please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. Thanks!
