Dear EA Support,
I would like to appeal the ban on my Apex Legends account.
I had not played the game for a long time. Today, a friend invited me to play, so I reinstalled Apex Legends and logged in, only to find that my account had been banned.
I have never used cheats, hacks, scripts, or any third-party software. My K/D ratio and overall stats are very low, which should show that I am not cheating.
I also found many players online who were banned around the same time, and some of them were later unbanned after successful appeals. I believe my account was mistakenly banned as well.
I already submitted a support ticket but have not received any reply yet. Please review my account again and remove the ban if possible.
