i havent played apex in 3 years and i just dowonladed it again idk what ea i used but it doesnt matter bc when i launch it it says to verify my identity on some outlook email that i have never seen in my life and i cant log into any other ea account it just doenst let me

If you're unable to log into another account and don't recognize the email on your current account, it's possible someone else had gotten into your account at some point. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible just to make sure everything is back in your control.
After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums. They'll be able to look into the incorrect email and work with you to get that updated from that point!
