I'm missing season8 rank rewards!!!

I am an apex legends player, and I am very sure that I am in the ranked season 8 arrive at platinum tier , and I have season8 platinum badges(4.png)and also have season 8 platinum charms(3.png) , the problem is where is my season8 platinum holosprays(2.png you can see there's no season8 platinum holosprays in my account)?

I have looked for customer service at help.ea.com. The customer service told me that I can't solve it and need to post in the EA forum

    There is no such thing as a ranked season 8 holospray. They were introduced as a Season 9 reward.
    I'm not doubting that you hit plat in season 8, I'm saying there was no holospray reward at that time.

    @KLinorZ Hi, I think there's a mixup here, Ranked Holosprays were only introduced as Ranked rewards back in Season 9.
    I expect support wasn't aware of this -it's an easy thing to lose track of- and thought it was a bug with the game.

    @EA_David You are wrong. So why do I have the season 8 platinum badge and platinum charms , Only no platinum holosprays? You can check my account . This is obviously an omission
