Infinite Error Screen PS4

Hi my apex game keeps crashing whenever I try to play ranked, I am not sure if it will do this in pubs, I only play ranked. It especially sucks because I have an infinite error screen and cannot get back into the game by the time it kicks me. The game of course then bans me for 10 minutes and I get twice the usual negative points. Is there a way to fix this or at the very least a way to get my points back. All the progress I ever make is practically negligible thanks to this. I have already tried restarting my ps4, reinstalling the game, taking off my animated banner, etc. I would attach a picture of my blue screen, but unfortunately the file size is too large apparently.
