Infinite loading main menu after cross progression.

I have played for years, now I can't. My steam account is stuck in the main menu after I got cross progression. Please help. I have tried:

restarting my PC.

restarting my router.
reinstalling the game.
unplugging usbs.
verifying steam files.
starting the game from another steam account.
changing the server (need to turn off wifi to stop looping and get the option).

trying a VPN.
disabling full-screen optimizations.

begging and crying.
flushing DNS.

If team respawn can help me I would appreciated it to no end.
