Input lag(ucmd)

I have had ucmd delay a lot lately and I have tried everything to fix it but it doesn’t seem to work.

I actually played apex before like 2years ago and this lag never happened in that 2years sometimes it is inconsistent. Some symptoms are when I start up my game it doesn’t lag for 10 minutes then start to lag. My laptop is GTX1650 intel core I 5
