Insane fps drop with my High-end PC

Everytime I get into a fight or watch something big happen the game start dropping fps insanely from 160 to even as low as 90. Meanwhile my PC can play Metro Exodus at Epic setting with ray tracing on and it run smoothly at 60fps with not even a single fps drop. here are some pic for example. The first pic is testing with Gibby ultimate, absolutely nothing was running on the background when I took the screenshot. The next one is with Outplayed recorder turned on but even when I turn it off the fps drop is still massive.
