Invalid Resolution Error (0x0)

Just recently got a new computer and I was trying to launch Apex and it keeps giving me an invalid resolution error code. It happens everytime i try and launch the game. 

Ive gone through all the solutions and nothing has worked for me and the easiest one I cant do since i dont have the videoconfig.txt file since i cant load into the game. \

Can anyone assist me and tell me what other possible solutions there are because im pretty stumped.
