I had my accounts merge without giving me the progress from the ps4, is there any way I can get this fixed? I also didn’t get the merge backsplash screen in game.. just one acc is missing and the other doesn’t have the gear

I had this issue as well... I lost all my badges... are they looking at resolving this?

Hey @San-0713,
Some badges from Apex Legends’ earlier seasons previously earned on a non-primary account (an account that wasn’t the highest level at the time of Cross Progression) may not have been merged into the new Cross Progression enabled account which will be used going forward.
If these badges can be earned again through future gameplay, that is the only way to reacquire these badges.
For badges that cannot be obtained again due to their nature - e.g. a badge awarded for completing a former season’s Battle Pass or achieving a particular rank in an old season - Respawn continues to investigate returning these badges to affected users in the future.We will communicate further about this investigation and its outcome at a later date.
We're continuing to look into the UI issues preventing some from accessing options in the lobby even after Cross Progression.
Please be sure to try this without additional changes to your connection. If you originally played with a VPN please try logging back in with it again to see if this improves. Similarly, if you didn't originally use a VPN but have recently started, please try exiting the VPN to check for any change.
We're still working on addressing this issue but that may help in some situations in the meantime, thanks all.

And, exuse me, what about issue "detected data mismatch" after confirming cross progression?10 days no one word about how is going "investigation". the season flais past players, who spent on BP some money, I apologize in advance, but I played this game from the start with ONE EA and PSN account wich are connected since 2014 and now from the 2nd November I just cant even go into the lobby for the reason not related to me. all what can do just F5 the trello-apex.
@EA_Mako You removed the issue "disconnected: detected data missmatch" from the first post in this thread, (it was on investigation) can You please tell why?

Hi just wandering if you have managed to get your account merged yet and if so how you went about it I got cross progression yesterday and it has only merged my pc account and not my ps5 account which holds my heilooms and cosmetics frustrating to say the least tia

I got the prompt on my PlayStation (main account) and mostly everything seems to have been merged from that account. Things I've noticed so far that didn't merge from PS account are the Starter Pack and Founders Pack items. Nothing from my Steam account (apex packs, crafting mats, and legend tokens) was merged however. My Steam account was linked to my EA account on October 26th so it should have merged.

Everything went smoothly when i got the prompt yesterday, however I did not receive all my previous season completion badges. ETA as to when that will be fixed?

- 2 years ago@Arrettay I also have this problem and i've had my ps4 account linked before they announced cross progression and link my xbox and pc when they announced it and yet my ps4 account didnt merge even though my ps4 account was the first account i had played apex on before proceeding to pc/xbox.

Yeah my xbox account is linked according to the link page but I'm not seeing content I got on there. A gold maggie skin, the a loba drop animation i think, a loba skin.
I'm playing on PC now generally but nothing from my xbox seems to be there.

Me too, same error they deleted my old ps4 account with a lot of items, like heirloom and lot of legendaries

Hey @Alcoltest84, the content you had on PS4 has not been deleted. Content is stored on the EA account, not your individual platforms.
It looks like you unlinked your PS4 account from its previous EA account and have linked it to this one instead. By doing this you've gained access to the content here, but none of the content from that previous EA account would be moved.
It looks like your Xbox account was previously linked to a different EA account. That is where your Xbox progress will be, but it cannot be transferred between EA accounts.
I'm not actually seeing a Nintendo account linked to your current EA account, which is likely why you're not seeing that particular content. It does look like the Xbox/PSN progress should have merged correctly, however.
You can check your account page here to take a look at the connected platforms. If you need to track down another account and have the username handy, you can contact support so they can help locate that.
Just a general reminder for the thread, while I understand this situation may not apply to all cases, the below is one of the most common scenarios we're seeing both in this board and other places.
If you have unlinked any platforms from one EA account to try linking them to a different EA account, you will not transfer your progress.
Content cannot be transferred from one EA account to another. Please take a look at the guides we have below as they cover this situation a bit more.

I never recieved the cross progression prompt or merge prompt but my pc informaton overwrote my console information meaning i have lost all my skins and level etc it was fine a few weeks ago i never unlinked or relinked my account so i am confused on why this has happend my previous post was not did not get a reply so i have posted this again i would really like to get an answer as all my progress form season 1 is now gone
