I got cross progression, enabled it and only got apex coins, instead of my items lmao
Community ManagerI play on PC and Xbox. I did recently link the accounts but its strange as I only received apex coins. Im missing my content from my Xbox account
Community ManagerIf you had just linked your Xbox to this account from a different EA account, you won't have anything merged from it. We cannot merge content between different EA accounts, I'm afraid.
The content from your Xbox account would still be available on the EA account where it was first earned.
I play on xbox and pc and just linked them yesterday after I bought the Guilded radiance Conduit skin on my xbox afterwards they took it from me along with 300 Heirloom shards I never used and I have to use more crafting tokens to buy it again unless the issue is fixed I have no clue how I’m going to get my shards back though which were originally on my pc they never transferred over to my Xbox
Hey mako, I was wondering if you knew anything about how if you linked your accounts maybe like 2 days after the expected merge date, do your accounts still get merged or not?
Also My xbox account and steam account have been connected for almost 3 weeks now and when i try to play on the xbox it doesnt give my my skins to play with and I cant go into any other tabs than the clubs and homescreen.
