Community ManagerAssuming your Xbox account was the highest level there, it would be used as the primary account for your stats/badges, correct.
Keep in mind that if that other EA account has not yet received Cross Progression, you'll still need to wait for that to be enabled but should be fine otherwise.
This is still under investigation, but you can keep an eye out for further updates here as well.
One more question.
I’ve opened some cases and I’m not sure how to respond back to the wa member who reached out to me.
do I just respond back to the email or do I have to click resume case and answer through that?
