Issues Logging On (Repost)

For over a year now I've been having issues with logging on where when I click the "continue" button it will load then say "retrieving matchmaking list..." similar to when the servers are full. Only difference is that this happens every time I log in, even if all my friends can log on I still can't. I've now asked EA Help several times now and even PlayStation Help (Yes, I'm on PS5). Yes, I have great wifi if not the best. Yes, I have great Internet. And yes, every other game works just fine. But this is getting ridiculous. It was ridiculous a year ago and I only get an hour a day to play games so I want to play apex. If anyone can tell me what's going on and how to fix it or even better if a dev finds this and can look into it that would be great. At this point I'd try anything. I'll keep posted if anything changes.
