It is it possible to get support?

I have been trying for a week to get my issue resolved and no one can assist. When im logged into my ea account, I try to get a code sent to my email and will not send the code. None of the agents are trying to help. I cannot edit my account or linked devices and no one is helping. 

Any help is appreciated.
