It keeps closing without saying anything

Hello reader.

Im getting kind aangry bc when i open my apex legend, if it is on my disk or launcher or origin it keeps doing the same thing.

When i press play on the launcher it open in 7 seconds and closes after that without saying anything, it does the same thing everytime, i have repairered, uninstallet it and i have restartet my pc and i have also uninstallet origin and installet it again.

What can i do to fix this thing?

    Thanks for giving it a shot. 

    Looking at the DxDiag you posted I'm seeing some errors happening with a process called LEDKeeper.exe. That's a process for MSI MysticLight software. Do you currently have this running on your PC? If so, can you try disabling it and launching the game again? 

    I'm wondering if there's something happening with this LED software that's leading to crashes with Apex Legends as well. Let me know if that makes any difference.

    @Pichahu 

    It's definitely strange that it seems to come and go like this. 

    Can you try something else for me? When you've got the chance create a new admin user in Windows. You can find more info on how to set one up over at the Microsoft support website. 

    Once the new user is set up can try using it to play Apex Legends. I'm curious if the same launch issues will start happening there as well.
