Keep getting error message

Keep getting the error message after the new patch on PC. 

"Server shutting down - Fatal internal server error"

I tried launching on steam and EA but no luck. Even restarted PC, router and uninstalled and reinstalled game with no luck. 

This started when I logged in and added items to the wishlist. After hitting accept, game crashed and have been getting this error ever since no matter how many times I try or during what day.
