I am on PS4 and every time I try to press X and get passed the main screen into the lobby, it loads for a few seconds and then shows me a brief glimpse of the lobby screen and kicks me back to the title screen. I logged into a friends account and was able to log in no problem and get into the lobby but not with mine. I have reset my internet and console, as well as reinstalled the game.
Any advice?
This is happening to my friend as well. We’re trying to play together, but he keeps getting booted back to title menu. He is also on PS4.
EA Help couldn’t find any issues and all they could say was it’s a possible bug that the developers may need to look into
I'm also getting this issue on xbox. I've tried resyncing my save, uninstall and reinstall, power cycled my console, even changed the location of the game from my external to my internal. Nothing has worked.
I got the same problem, it's just like my account wouldn't work. I have changed 2 accounts, they all work perfectly.
and I noticed my account is always online and says I'm playing apex legend, even while I'm playing other games
This is also happening to me. I get a glimpse of the lobby and then I am kicked. No error message at all. Xbox Series X. I hope they fix this bug soon since I was looking forward to season 8.

Like others have already stated, I too am having the same problems on Xbox. I have even reinstalled the game but that did not fix the issue.
I'm having the exact same issue, ever since I got a ps5 I can't play apex anymore
Its so sad to see that EA can put out events, new skins, new season and a new legend but cant fix this problem. It really seems that they dont give a f*** to all the players who spent money and time in their main accounts. I know for sure that I wont be spending any more money in this game (even if they fix this, which i think they wont since there are players with this issue for a long, long time now) and all they do is ask for ea_kent to let us know that they simply not know what is causing this problem.
