i've gone back to playing this game for a month now and during that entire month i was unable to find a SINGLE ranked match that was located in my region location (SOUTH AMERICA). every single ranked match was automatically one in a US-based server. playing with 160ms ping is NOT FUN and you CANNOT convince me there isn't south americans queueing for ranked like me.
at this point i am convinced EA has disabled ranked in South american servers and disclosed it to one and surely that must be in some violation of the games policies or whatever, all i want is TRANSPARENCY.
if I'm not going to be able to ladder up with a decent ping at least i deserve to know that is the fate of my experience in this game going forward, and not be blindsided by the companies unannounced decisions that affect their players.
