Lagging and Stuttering(Packet loss)

ive been having issues with the game recently, havent changed any setting or nothing, i just seem to have packet loss with whatever internet i use, i have tried 3 different internet connections and the result is the same, what could be the problem? And how can i contact apex legends live support team? Cause i can only chat with the ai support who doesnt help a single bit.
