Linking accounts issue
I need to link my xbox account over to my playstation but I don’t have access the email linked to the xbox. What are my options to making it work?
Hey se1flessbag,
Just to make sure that I'm understanding the issue: you don't have access to email address to the EA account that your Xbox is linked to, not the Xbox account itself, right? if so, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.
I'd be careful about unlinking your Xbox though: all of your game progress is stored at the EA account level, so if you unlink your Xbox all of the progress you made there will stay behind.
