Roughly how long have you been playing Apex? Is there another EA account you may have used in the past? Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset.
Depending on how long you've been playing Apex, that may be what's happened here as the activity on this particular EA account is relatively new. If there's another account you may have used in the past, it may be worth checking back to see if you're able to sign in there instead. Contacting support directly if it's an account you can no longer access will let an advisor take a look with you to see what other options are available, if needed.
