Lost Apex Legends Content After EA/Xbox Account Merge (-$400 Plus)
Hi EA Team,
I'm reaching out because I've lost all my apex legends skins , apex coins, and progress after linking my Xbox and EA accounts

Issue after linking my Xbox account to my EA account my apex legends account reset to level 1 and all purchased content disappeared
I have spent over $400 on apex coins and cosmetic packs purchased in early 2019 right after game launched. I have proof of purchase from my Microsoft account showing multiple completed transactions for apex coins and a starter pack i can provide screenshots if needed.
I have already spoken with multiple EA help agents who confirmed that the purchases exist on my Xbox account however the content did not transfer to my EA account after the merge i was advised to post here so a community manger could review and escalate this issue.
i am kindly requestion that my account and purchases be investigated and that my missing content be resorted. this is not a Xbox issue- i am trying to recover content I legitimately purchased.
