If you've had the account for a few years, you would currently be on the wrong EA account. The EA account you're posting from wasn't created until towards the end of last year, so if you played at all prior to that point, the progress would be on a different EA account.
I would definitely try checking any other old email addresses that may have been used previously, and if you run into trouble with that process our support team should be able to take a look at any updates that may be needed to help access the account.
