Are you connected via cable or WiFi? Please also try to restart your router and your console and then give it another try.

Hey! I’m also having this issue, connected wireless, not really able to connect it via a wire. But all other games and apps work

This is the message that keeps occurring
Other games work so it isn’t internet related

Please try the steps listed here on our website. Additionally, try using different DNS settings to see if that resolves the issue. It would be helpful if you could test the game with a wired (Ethernet) connection to see if it makes any difference.
Unfortunately the router is located in a hallway of the house, so not really visable to connect from there. I have tried all of the troubleshoot options including changing the DNS to a couple of different ones. I saw people on steam had the same issue and it was something to do with a security update problem so maybe related? Again, all other games and apps are working
i have also uninstalled, reinstalled, hard reset via taking out the power lead, reset my Xbox system, and reset the wifi system multiple times
