Lost Items Due to Account Ban Which Was Overturned After Cross-Progression

Question

My Steam Apex account was banned during the Cross Progression rollout and was subsequently unbanned. Because it was banned during the Cross Progression merge, its progress/items apparently weren't included. I have now relinked the same Steam account to the same EA account, but my original Apex progression and cosmetics are still missing. Can you verify whether my original Steam Apex data was excluded from the Cross Progression merge because of the ban, and whether it can be restored now that the ban has been overturned?

If an account was banned back in 2023 when Cross Progression was initially rolling out, it's certainly possible it wouldn't have been included in that process. With that said however, we unfortunately wouldn't have any way to verify specific content that was on an account years ago, at this point.
Cross Progression is active on all EA accounts at this point and there's not a way to "re-run" the process. If you're on the same EA account that was used at the time and have re-linked any platforms that were connected when you first unlocked that content, but are still missing progress, unfortunately that would be lost.&nbsp;
