Lost my progress and all my stuff in apex after needing to log in

Hi so i was gonna play apex legends with my brother and its been a while since i last played so when the game said i needed to log in again i was like sure alright and then when i was logged in all my stuff was gone like its a brand new account?!? Can someone help me please

Biembuik Did you sign in with the correct EA Account?

Your Apex progress is tied to the EA Account it was earned/progressed on, which is why I am asking, (and unlinking any of your platform accounts will not transfer or merge your Apex progress to another EA Account).
