Lost Progress Apex Legends

Hello, recently I unlinked my EA from Steam and I lost all my progress all the cosmetics everything It's like I started a new account. I contacted EA and they answered that they can't get my account back. My question is do you think if I contact Respawn Entertainment they could do something about my case? For me it just doesn't make any sense when I unlink the account all the progress is lost and not refundable, EA is supposed to have a database on the accounts.

    Hey @sasked,

    This happens when you unlink accounts as the progress is stored on the EA account where it was initially unlocked.


    Do you play Apex?

    If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you may have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.

    Instead of unlinking and relinking a platform account you play Apex on, it may be better to start fresh on a new account.


    The only way to try restoring this progress would be to re-link the original accounts. If you still have access to that, you can try these steps to re-link the account and restore your progress.

    If you're unable to re-link the account currently you may need to get back in touch with support for further assistance.
