Lost Progress

Hi, so I've just lost all of my progress on both Origin and Steam versions of my game. Origin version resetting me back to lvl 1 and absolutely lost everything. Same story on Steam, except it kept me at lvl 324, but still lost everything else. All skins, stats, content, everything.

Now, how this happened.:

I installed Apex Legends on Steam and linked my profile and played my first matches there. After a while, I noticed a lot of stuttering, so I was like "ok, let me switch to Origin and see if I have the same issue". I update Apex Legends through Origin, boot up the game, and I am greeted with my Origin account being reset to lvl 1 and all of my progress completely wiped. Then I think to myself "Ok, this might be an error" so I restart the game to check again, and yes, all of my stuff is still gone.
I then go to the Steam version of the game, boot it up, all fine and dandy, and it's the same story, except that I am at lvl 324 on the Steam version, but still no items, no stats, nothing. It's all gone. 750+ Hours I've spent on the game is gone.

I have no idea what to do. Hoping something can be reverted or something to get my stuff back, but I am in complete shock and will absolutely quit playing Apex Legends if I have indeed lost all of my progress like this.

(Images provided showcase the stats of the "Saturn" account which is the Steam version of my game, Origin having 0 stats also, and the lobby image of both "Saturn" and "SatvrnPR", the second being my Origin account)

    Thanks for the reports all! We are investigating this issue and will be providing updates in this thread as we have them, so I'm going to lock the current thread.

  • Update: Steam version kicked me out of the lobby for being AFK for too long, so I clicked "Continue" again, and it propped me into my account with all my stuff back. I am afraid to boot up the Origin version and it resetting all of my progress again. So I guess I quit using Origin 100% unless I have confirmation that the whole thing has been fixed.

    @SatvrnPR Restarting the game on steam a few times can help with syncing everything up. So no need to be worried about it.

  • The same thing has happened to me on Xbox has yours been fixed cause I’m kinda freaking out about it losing heirlooms and limited time skins

    Did you get your progress back yet? I was playing less than 7 hours ago came back and everything is gone as well

  • Hey same thing happened to my account today but restarted the application a couple times hasn’t changed anything I’m on PS4
