Low FPS With AMD Card

Question

I've got an i7 7700k, 16gb of ram, AMD radeon rx 5700 xt and I can only consistently get like 20 fps, no matter how low I set the graphic settings. Anyone else experiencing this or have ideas on how to solve this? I can usually play modern warfare on almost max settings getting about 50+ fps no issues so it seems strange.

@theoldavatar you should get way more fps than that, both in mw and in apex
the game could be using your cpu integrated video.
make sure your monitor is plugged into your gpu and not the motherboard.
update gpu drivers
disable integrated videocard or set priority to use discrete amd gpu.
