Massive FPS Drop / Random Crashes - Season 12 Never happened before

Ever since the new Season I am getting massive Frame rate drops on Olympus and random crashes. This also occurs on Kings Canyon.

Prior to this new update I never had 1.

It's not my system and nothing is overclocked.
It's a EVGA 3090 ftw3 on a Asus Rampage 5930k.

I get 120fps in just about every game on 4k.

It seems Apex is having these issues across the board has anyone figured a fix?

With the most recent update Apex crashes consistently in game with 0x887A006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG. I have already verified game files, uninstalled/reinstalled on a new drive, restarted my PC, updated my graphics drivers to the newest version, reduced graphics settings, reduced RAM clock speeds and yet still have the issue.

I felt people needed to chime in so hopefully someone at Respawn reads this...
